During the MCO period, all INFINITI Service Centers will be temporarily closed. However our Roadside Assistance and Towing service will remain active.
Service Appointments
To continually serve you better upon lifting of the MCO, we will extend our business operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am up to 8.00pm.
If you have an upcoming Service Appointment previously made, kindly reschedule it via DriveOn mobile app, our Call Center or direct booking with our Service Centers.
Warranty Information
Rest assured that existing warranties remain valid, even if the preventive maintenance service schedule cannot be performed during this MCO period.
Warranties expiring during MCO period will be extended by an additional 30 days from the last day of the MCO.
